Using Expertise
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Expertise is a marketplace for AI skills — you may browse, install, create, and sell skills subject to our guidelines.
Creator responsibilities
As a creator, you are responsible for the skills you publish. Skills must not contain harmful, deceptive, or infringing content. You retain ownership of your skill's logic and content. By publishing, you grant Expertise a licence to distribute your skill on the platform.
Revenue and payouts
Creators receive 70% of each sale. Expertise retains 30% as a platform fee. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect on a regular schedule. Expertise reserves the right to withhold payouts for accounts under fraud review.
Skill approval
All skills are reviewed before being listed publicly. Expertise may reject or remove skills that violate our content guidelines, at our sole discretion. Creators will receive a reason for any rejection.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Expertise to distribute malware, scrape the platform, impersonate others, or circumvent access controls. Accounts found in violation may be suspended without notice.
Limitation of liability
Expertise is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any skill purchased on it.
